The Proper Angle Approach to Unconscious Bias
Each individual views the world, the work, and team relationships through his or her unique cultural lens. We have designed a tool, the Cultural Identity Matrix™ that helps individuals develop a better understanding of their own cultural identity and how it impacts their decision making and interactions. The tool can also be used to facilitate discussions with co-workers and team members to inform the ways that cultural identity impacts group decision making and choices. This tool can be used to look at the way that assignments, promotions and succession planning is managed.

The Proper Angle Approach to Facilitation
The Proper Angle facilitation goes beyond techniques and behavioral skills. We recognize the emotional and thought processes that define individual perspectives and shape corporate cultures. Based on a rich background in diverse cultures, our facilitation can assess and respond to the communication challenges created by differences in department, group and individual culture. The emphasis continues to be on performance measurement to retain a focus on outcomes and results. The goal is to experience a shift in the way participants relate to each other, customers, colleagues, employees and investors.

What Does a Facilitator Offer?
Whether in person or with a virtual team, as Facilitators we will:

- Ensure that your meeting design and planning process create outcomes that exceed your expectations in powerful and engaging ways.
- My facilitation is flexible, inclusive, and interactive, yet always results-oriented. The goal is to be sure action plans and shared agreements are implemented.
